What do I do next???
First, you can visit our Properties page and find a house that you like and can afford. You will then contact the sales rep whose phone number is on that house and make an appointment to view the house. If you would like, you can push the link for a quick call back, and all of your information will be sent to the sales rep for that house via email. Once you view the home and like it we will take a $20 per adult application fee and run a credit check on you. Do not worry; we often work with people that have reached a point of having problems with their credit being in trouble, we just want to be sure you will be able to buy the house within a year.
Once you have been approved we will collect the assignment fee and the 1’st month’s rent and assign the lease and the option to purchase contracts over to you. You will then be handed the keys to your new home and you can start moving!! We then work with you to improve your credit scores so that you can buy the house through our in house mortgage broker.
If you are interested in our program but we do not have a house for you, fill out our interested buyer form so we can have your information. We will then find you a home that will meet your requirements. Any new inventory we get will be checked closely to see if it might meet your needs. We can even try to locate something for you after we know what you want and need.
